THE NEW NORMAL – STAYING SAFE WITH COVID 19

Welcome to our new normal. COVID-19 is sadly likely to change the way in which we do things for a while, however we will do everything possible to make your visit a beautiful experience as well as a safe one.

To lessen the opportunity for unnecessary contact we will have a reduced number of appointments available each day and temporarily have disabled our online booking system. To make an appointment please call Leigh on 07516 374 919 or email leigh@pinkconfetti.co.uk.

In the politest way possible, we ask that you only book an appointment if you are seriously looking to find your dream dress at this time. Before the pandemic we were more than happy to help brides-to-be, who were simply looking for ideas but with the new requirements in place to keep everybody safe, and the fewer number of appointments available, we need to prioritise – sorry!

Finally, to allow enough time for cleaning the boutique between appointments we ask that you arrive promptly at the time arranged.

OUR NEW ‘COVID SECURE’ NORMAL LOOKS LIKE THIS…

Please, please, please! If you have been in contact with anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19 or if you, or your guest, have any symptoms you must cancel your appointment and rearrange for another date.

So we can manage social distancing as well as keeping our boutique as safe and sterile as possible we ask that you bring no more than 2 guests with you to your appointment.

We ask that unless absolutely unavoidable, you do not bring children and babies with you to your appointment for the foreseeable future.
To ensure only expected visitors enter the boutique, the door will remain locked and we ask that you knock to gain entrance.

We have installed a hand sanitising station by the door and ask that you sanitise your hands as you arrive into the boutique.

As always, we will begin with a chat about your big day and to find out about the look and style you want to achieve. We will then help you to select the gowns that you wish to try.

We will be wearing a face mask in the changing room and ask that you do too and if possible, for you to bring your own. However, we will have these available along with gloves that you will be asked to wear.

To maintain social distancing as much as possible we will ask you to step into the gowns you choose and we will stay behind you to avoid as much as possible being face to face.

We know how much it means to you to have your closest family and friends with you during your appointment so we have installed a ‘Zoom Station’ which means that your bride tribe can be (virtually) with you! To make the experience as real and as fun as possible you may want to suggest that they have bubbles and tissues ready for when you say YES to your dress! We will provide you with all the information you need to send onto your bridal party before your appointment.

Our promise to you is that whilst these changes seem super serious we will do everything we can to keep everyone safe whilst making your experience as special, fun and memorable as we can under these difficult circumstances; to leave you with the lasting happy memories you would expect.
